We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
• The item must be free of damage, including scratches or signs of wear.
• Earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).

🔄 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (if available), or for a different item of equal value.
To request an exchange, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must meet the same conditions as above (unused, in original condition).

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.
